While we believe there is abundance of time and energy in the long-run (thanks, Universe!), we also know it often feels limited and precious in the short-run (thanks, capitalism...).
Let's Help Each Other Reclaim Our Time!
Join our FOCUS HUB, a series of biweekly 2-hour virtual accountability sessions. We've made a cozy, welcoming Zoom space to help you focus, finish, and feel good about your progress on whatever tasks need your attention. This practice of "body doubling" and loving community accountability are proven to work, especially for folks who have a hard time focusing on their own or completing undesirable but necessary tasks.
Each session includes a brief check-in to name your intentions, quiet focused work time, and a supportive check-out circle to celebrate what got done (or just that you showed up, because let's face it, capitalism's crushing emphasis on being productive is brutal enough).
Each participant will even get their very own Garden Plot of Accomplishment to grow after every session (it's cool, we promise).
Together, we will cultivate a group ethos of radical love, acceptance, and encouragement.
Come as you are, do what you can, and leave feeling seen, supported, and like you got a little more Time back in your day and life.

FOCUS HUB FACILITATOR
Milo Primeaux (he/they/bear) is a white Lebanese queer transgender person, civil rights attorney licensed in New York, and the CEO of Just Roots Consulting. Milo is long-time community organizer and bridger, facilitator and educator, writer and music-maker, and a community death doula of oppressive dominant cultures. Milo lives in Santa Cruz, California with a loving partner and their furfriend Teddy. Milo approaches their work with humility, generosity, compassion, and humor while holding people firmly in their stated values and truths.
