Beyond Good Cohort 3

Service Description

This 4-week intensive cohort program will prepare you as a white* (bodied or passing) non-profit executives and directors to overcome the challenges of dismantling white supremacy culture in your organization and to join a growing community of peers committed to transformative anti-racist leadership and accountability in the non-profit sector. CLASS DATES (all required unless otherwise noted): * Monday, May 8, 2023 @ 2-5pm EST: Orientation * Friday, May 12, 2023 @ 12-6:30pm EST: Class 1 * Tuesday, May 16, 2023 @ 3-5pm EST: Recitation 1 (optional) * Friday, May 19, 2023 @ 12-6:30pm EST: Class 2 * Tuesday, May 23, 2023 @ 3-5pm EST: Recitation 2 (optional) * Friday, May 26, 2023 @ 12-6:30pm EST: Class 3 * Tuesday, May 30, 2023 @ 3-5pm EST: Recitation 3 (optional) * Friday, June 2, 2023 @ 12-6:30pm EST: Class 4 + Closing Missing 1 or more required sessions may result in removal from the cohort without a refund of registration fee. TIME COMMITMENT All cohort participants are expected to fully participate in all aspects of the course, including: * Completing our foundational DEI course Fostering Equity (included with this program) * Reading assigned excerpts of books (included in your Welcome Box) * Committing 8-10 hours per week to the weekly live class sessions, recitations, homework, meetings with small groups for discussion and workshopping your Leadership Challenge, and executive coaching check-ins (2 included with this program) COST The registration fee for Beyond Good is $6,950 per person, with a max of 12 participants total. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at registration; you must pay the balance of $6,450 online or by check at least 30 days prior to start date so we can mail out your Welcome Box in time. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS Just Roots reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine program events or cohorts that are below the minimum participant requirement or due to circumstances beyond our control. All participants will be notified ASAP if this happens, and will have the following options: A) Apply all fees paid (incl. the $500 non-refundable deposit) to a future Beyond Good cohort; or B) Get a full refund of fees paid in a single settlement (less the $500 non-refundable deposit) If you need to withdraw, tell us at least 30 days prior to the cohort start date to receive a full refund minus the $500 non-refundable deposit, costs of materials / shipping of your Welcome Box, and any bank processing fees.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule our coaching session, please provide 24 hours notice or you will forfeit your monthly spot. If this happens, additional fees may apply to reschedule.
