Just Roots Consulting absolutely, unabashedly, and unequivocally condemns systemic racism in every form, including the violent and militarized policing of Black and brown lives and communities by police. We stand firmly behind and alongside the Movement for Black Lives, and are doing everything we can to support organizing efforts in our local area and across the country to mobilize all people against the ubiquitous but surmountable monster of white supremacy in all of its forms.

Part of that work includes offering resources and support to employers who want to develop their anti-racist leadership from the inside out. We are always expanding our live and on-demand products, and are happy to partner with your organization to do this difficult and critically necessary work.

As a social enterprise, a dedicated portion of our profits get funneled back into LGBTQ+ and other historically marginalized communities. At this time, these funds will be focused on supporting Black and brown leaders and organizations led by and for people of color and indigenous people.
